Understanding Your Rights for Pump Products
At Pump Planet, we uphold your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA) to ensure your satisfaction with our pump products. The CGA mandates that goods must be free of defects and fulfill their intended purpose, while services must be executed with expertise and care. These rights, guaranteed automatically upon purchase, are referred to as ‘Consumer Guarantees’.
Pump Planet is committed to providing you with quality pump products and exceptional service, all of pump products are under a 365 days of product warranty which provides you peace in mind during your purchase. Our refund, replacement, or repair policy is in accordance with our Minimum Voluntary Warranty Policy outlined below. Please note that while this policy sets minimum timeframes, your rights under the CGA may extend beyond these periods.
To initiate a refund or return of product, please visit our nearest Pump Planet store or contact us with your proof of purchase. We’ll assess the pump product’s fault, cause, and eligibility for a remedy, ensuring your satisfaction.
Claims will not be valid if:
- The product has been used for any purposes for which it is not intended
- The purchaser has intentionally or unintentionally broken the product or lost/damaged some of its parts.
- The product has been modified.
- Warranties do not cover reasonable wear and tear.
- A wrong choice of pump and it has been installed incorrectly.
